1. What we do

MyWay Car Buying ("we", "us") operates a marketplace that connects car buyers with dealerships. Buyers describe a vehicle they wish to purchase; dealerships submit offers. We are not a party to any resulting sale, do not sell vehicles, and do not guarantee the accuracy of any offer, price, incentive, or vehicle description submitted by dealerships or buyers.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Dealer accounts are subject to review and approval, and we may suspend or remove any account that violates these terms or misuses the platform.

3. Buyer and dealer conduct

Buyers agree to post genuine purchase requests only. Dealerships agree to submit genuine offers they intend to honor and to communicate honestly with buyers. Spam, harassment, misrepresentation, and posting content you do not have the right to share are prohibited.

4. Offers and transactions

An accepted offer on this platform is an expression of mutual intent, not a binding sales contract. Final terms, paperwork, pricing, taxes, and fees are negotiated and completed directly between buyer and dealership. We are not responsible for the outcome of any transaction.

5. Content and uploads

You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a license to display it on the platform for the purpose of operating the service. Do not upload unlawful content or files you lack rights to.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how it's used — including that a buyer's contact details are shared only with the dealership whose offer the buyer accepts.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or from any transaction between buyers and dealerships.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
